The appointment form collects your name, email address, phone number, selected service, meeting format, and appointment time. Sundaygar Financial Services uses this information to schedule and coordinate your appointment.

What to leave out

Do not enter tax information, Social Security numbers, immigration documents, financial account details, or payment information in the booking form. The website does not offer document uploads.

Access and questions

Appointment records are stored for scheduling and are available through a restricted management area. To request a correction, cancellation, or deletion of your booking information, contact joe@sundaygar.com or call 763-639-9328.

Website providers

The site uses hosting and database providers to operate the website and save bookings. It does not include advertising trackers. Booking information is not displayed publicly.
